We highly recommend the work ethics of Luxen Electrical Group.Tyson was efficient in the work he carried out and attended to surrounding the isolator switch that he put in, after our new air conditioner / heater was installed.Due to the knowledge of all property's being different for such reasons as age and access, he returned a few times with what was needed. Tyson was very thorough in checking all of the buildings, including an old shed for any electrical faults that may or may not have surfaced, due to the building being older than 7 years. (New homes are covered by the compulsory insurance period in Victoria for major projects which last 7 years). Tysons nature was friendly and polite. He explained everything he discovered that was needed as the job unfolded in an easy and understanding way, which he was concerned about in regards to safety surrounding electricity.Thank you Tyson!

We had our lighting circuit breaker tripping after heavy rain. Had great service from Baxter, he arrived at my house in a timely manner. He found the fault quickly, rectified the issue, double / triple checked his work to make sure the fault was gone. He re assured us throughout the process and was very professional and spoke in plain English not jargon. Highly recommend!

We recently had Luxen Electrical Group complete a major electrical upgrade at our home in Somerville on the Mornington Peninsula, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Nathan, who carried out the work, was professional, reliable, and extremely thorough from start to finish.He completed a number of jobs for us, including upgrading all of our downlights, completing a full switchboard upgrade, and installing multiple new powerpoints exactly where we needed them throughout the house. Nathan also installed new exhaust fans in both bathrooms and ducted them properly out to the eaves, making sure that no moisture could build up in the ceiling space above the bathrooms. This level of attention to detail gave us real confidence that everything was done to the highest standard.What impressed us most was not just the quality of Nathan’s workmanship, but also the way he handled the job. He was punctual, kept us updated at every stage, and left the place neat and tidy after finishing the work. I was having lighting problems. Nathan arrived at the time he said he would, and made some great suggestions which gave a much better final result than what I was planning. The Luxen team were fantastic. They arrived on time and got to work with a minimum of fuss. The work was completed to a professional standard, with no mess left behind. Nathan and the team were very professional and particular to details. I had the team wire in a sauna, install an outdoor ceiling fan and a bunch of new power points throughout the house, and they were quick and efficient. I also had them hard wire in some old fire detectors which was no issue. A last minute request is never too much for these guys to handle. Fittings are all modern and stylish.
