He talked me through some instructions over the phone to save a possible unnecessary call out fee.He was so very patient, polite, polite and put my mind completely at ease and offering to drop by that day if I required. We recently had Luxen Electrical Group complete a major electrical upgrade at our home in Somerville on the Mornington Peninsula, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Nathan, who carried out the work, was professional, reliable, and extremely thorough from start to finish.He completed a number of jobs for us, including upgrading all of our downlights, completing a full switchboard upgrade, and installing multiple new powerpoints exactly where we needed them throughout the house. Nathan also installed new exhaust fans in both bathrooms and ducted them properly out to the eaves, making sure that no moisture could build up in the ceiling space above the bathrooms. This level of attention to detail gave us real confidence that everything was done to the highest standard.What impressed us most was not just the quality of Nathan’s workmanship, but also the way he handled the job.
